Marie-Véronique Swannell, Creative Director

With a business school background, Marie-Véronique set up Haute Déco in 1994, creating a new concept and thereby a new market for high-end decorative door furniture.

Following on from this early success, she set up Poignée in 1997, with a view to overseeing her own brand of "contemporary classic" decorative door furniture and producing her collections inhouse to her exacting standards.

As well as commissioning designs from other designers, she also designs her own collections such as the emblematic Coupole and Eclipse signature knobs.
