Returns & guarantee

Returns policy

  • We only accept returns for samples or faulty goods.
    Before placing an order for the full quantity you require, we recommend that you use our samples order facility.
  • Sample orders will be processed more quickly (we will endeavour to dispatch them within a week).
  • Samples may be returned for a full refund less shipping costs, provided that samples are returned intact, unused and re-packed in original packaging within ten working days of you receiving the goods. Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning unwanted samples.
  • Sample orders are limited to a quantity of one for each item ordered. Please click on samples when confirming your order if you wish your order to be treated as a samples order.
  • In addition to our samples facility, you also have the option to cancel your order with no penalty, provided you do so in writing up to the end of the fifth working day after you receive our e-mail confirmation of our acceptance of your order.
  • Any order, other than for samples, cancelled later than 5 working days after receiving our confirmation by e-mail will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%. Returns – other than for samples or goods received damaged - will not be accepted.
  • Every care has been taken to provide full technical information on each product. Please check that the product you are ordering is suitable technically prior to placing your order. Orders cancelled on technical grounds will be subject to the same cancellation fee as above.
  • We will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
 


Guarantee

  • Our products are extremely well made, and quality issues are rare. In the unlikely event that a product purchased from us proves defective (under normal usage) within a year of purchase, we will replace it.
